Swaad India Ka began with a love of cooking—and the courage to follow it.

I once worked as a business analyst in India, but my happiest moments were always around food—cooking for friends, sharing dishes at work and seeing an empty plate come back to me.

Then love brought me to the Netherlands, and life gave me another beautiful surprise: my daughter. I stepped away from my career to be present for her, but I still wanted to create something of my own. The answer was already in my hands.

I began cooking from home with the same care I would give my own family. What started as a quiet dream became Swaad India Ka: honest vegetarian food, made fresh and shared with heart.

My kitchen is small, but the dream behind it is big.
